Accounts & Billing Team

Our accounts team ensures accurate, timely and compliant financial processes across every consultant practice we support. From invoicing and fee management to credit control and reconciliation, they work diligently behind the scenes to maximise consultant income and maintain complete financial clarity.

The team also operates in full alignment with Making Tax Digital requirements, working closely with our in-house accountant to maintain accurate records, streamline reporting and ensure our consultants remain tax-compliant throughout the year.

Gillian brings nearly three decades of experience in medical secretarial services, business development and private practice management. She oversees operations, strategy and client relationships, ensuring KMSS continues to deliver exceptional standards and innovative solutions.

Martin Rolfe

Company Director

Martin brings extensive commercial and operational experience to his role as Company Director at KMSS Ltd. He provides strategic oversight, supports business development and ensures the company’s systems, processes and governance continue to strengthen as the business grows. Working closely with the senior team, Martin helps maintain the high standards, efficiency and reliability that KMSS Ltd is known for, contributing to the long-term stability and success of the organisation.

Sam Reynolds

Strategic Leadership Director

Sam Reynolds plays a central role in shaping the long-term direction and operational excellence of KMSS Ltd. Having previously served as Head of Operations, Sam has been instrumental in developing the systems, processes and team structure that underpin the reliability and quality KMSS is known for. Her strategic mindset, commitment to high standards and focus on continuous improvement have driven innovation across the business and contributed directly to KMSS Ltd’s award-winning service.

In her role as Strategic Leadership Director, Sam oversees organisational development, service quality and operational strategy, ensuring KMSS continues to grow sustainably while delivering exceptional support to consultants and maintaining the strong internal foundations that protect clients and enhance the patient journey.

Lesley Hawkins

Operations Coordinator

As Operations Coordinator, Lesley plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of KMSS Ltd. She supports the operational flow of the business by coordinating team activity, maintaining internal systems, and assisting with process improvement across the organisation. Lesley helps ensure that consultant workflows, patient pathways and administrative procedures run efficiently and consistently, contributing to the reliability and high standards that define KMSS Ltd. Her calm, grounded presence and positive outlook make her a much-loved member of the KMSS team.

Zoe Turner

Lead Private Patient Coordinator

With over ten years of dedicated service at KMSS Ltd, Zoe Turner is a highly experienced Senior Private Patient Coordinator who plays a vital role in managing and supporting the full patient journey. Zoe oversees patient enquiries, appointment coordination, clinic preparation and follow-up workflows, ensuring information is handled accurately and efficiently at every stage. Her deep knowledge of KMSS processes, combined with her calm, professional manner, allows her to provide consultants and patients with a smooth, reliable and consistently high-quality experience.

Andrea McKenzie

Training & Engagement Lead

Andrea brings over 12 years of administrative and healthcare experience to her role as Training & Engagement Lead at KMSS Ltd. Before joining the team, she worked as a Primary Care Coordinator and as a Receptionist/Administrator within GP practices, where she developed strong skills in patient communication, referral processing, record management and practice support. Her earlier experience spans customer service, office management and administrative roles, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to support teams effectively and deliver high-quality service.

Andrea is passionate about staff development and creates a positive, engaging training environment for new and existing team members. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors and staying active. Her supportive, people-focused approach and extensive background in healthcare administration make her an invaluable part of the KMSS team.

Rachel O’Connor

Senior Finance Assistant

Rachel O’Connor is an experienced Senior Finance Assistant who ensures the smooth financial running of consultant practices through accurate invoicing, payment allocation and credit control. She also works closely with our in-house accountant to prepare year-end returns, supporting the wider financial compliance and reporting needs of the business. With a strong eye for detail and a methodical, dependable approach, Rachel plays a key role in maintaining the high financial standards and reliability that KMSS Ltd is known for.

Lian Yarlett

Private Patient Coordinator

Lian Yarlett brings more than three decades of medical secretarial experience to her role as Private Patient Coordinator at KMSS Ltd. Having supported both NHS and private sector services throughout her career, Lian plays a key part in managing patient communication, appointment coordination and clinic workflows with accuracy and care. Her extensive background, including an AMSPAR Diploma in medical administration, enables her to navigate complex patient pathways smoothly while maintaining the high standards KMSS is known for. Lian’s calm, organised and compassionate approach ensures patients feel supported and consultants receive consistent, reliable administrative assistance.

Alongside her professional expertise, Lian is also a long-standing trustee of the A-T Society, reflecting her deep commitment to helping others on and off the job.

Eliska Formanova

Private Patient Coordinator

Eliska Formanova joined KMSS Ltd in August 2025 and plays a key role in supporting a leading plastic surgeon, breast surgeon and dermatologist. As a Private Patient Coordinator, she manages enquiries, bookings and clinic workflows with clarity and professionalism, ensuring each patient receives a smooth, well-organised journey. Eliska’s calm manner, strong administrative skills and commitment to high-quality service make her a valued part of the KMSS team.

Ellie Alldis

Private Patient Coordinator

Ellie brings a strong background in patient administration, reception management and NHS pathway coordination to her role at KMSS Ltd. With experience as a GP Receptionist, Reception Manager and Pathway Coordinator for colorectal and general surgeons at Medway Maritime Hospital, she is skilled in handling patient enquiries, managing busy clinics and supporting consultants with organised, accurate workflow management. Ellie has recently joined the team at KMSS following a return from maternity leave.

Rebecca Jones

Private Patient Coordinator

Rebecca brings a strong background in clinical administration to her role at KMSS Ltd, with experience supporting a forensic psychiatric consultant and managing highly sensitive information. She is skilled in coordinating assessments, organising schedules, preparing documents and communicating clearly with patients, clinicians and external providers. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail and people-focused approach, Rebecca ensures smooth administrative support across the practices she works with.

Rhiana Akoshile

Patient Administrator

Rhiana works part‑time at KMSS Ltd as a Patient Administrator, supporting the smooth coordination of enquiries, bookings and clinic workflows. She brings strong customer‑service skills and excellent communication from her dual career as British Airways cabin crew, where professionalism, attention to detail and calm under pressure are essential. Rhiana’s warm, organised and adaptable approach makes her a valued part of the KMSS team.

Ajax supports the KMSS team as a Patient Administrator, helping to manage enquiries, clinic bookings and daily administrative workflows with accuracy and professionalism. They bring a calm, organised approach to supporting consultants and ensuring patients receive clear, timely communication throughout their journey. Known for their reliability and friendly manner, Ajax plays an important role in keeping practice operations running smoothly.

Nicole Moss-Orpin

Finance Assistant / Credit Controller

Nicole brings over a decade of financial and customer-service experience to the KMSS finance team. With a strong background from Barclays Bank and additional administrative roles, she supports consultants through accurate invoicing, payment allocation and credit control. Known for her friendly approach and attention to detail, Nicole helps maintain the smooth, reliable financial processes KMSS is recognised for.
